We offer flexible options to suit your needs. Interviews can be conducted in-person (at home or another agreed location), over the phone, or virtually via video calls.

The timeline depends on the scope of the project. Typically, the entire process—from booking to delivery—takes 6–12 weeks. We’ll provide a clear schedule during the initial consultation.

Absolutely! We encourage you to share family photos, letters, or other memorabilia to enhance your keepsake. These will be thoughtfully integrated into the final product.

Once the project is finalized, we securely store your content for a limited time in case you’d like to request additional copies or edits. After the agreed-upon storage period, all files are permanently archived until you request otherwise.

Unfortunately, Legacy Pages focuses on creating personalized keepsakes centered on the stories of one individual at a time to ensure the highest quality and depth of storytelling. However, additional projects can be created for other family members to preserve their unique stories, and we are happy to coordinate timelines to keep them cohesive.
